Lovoni Tour with Epi
The village of Lovoni lies in the centre of the islands volcanic crater
and is a lush and fertile valley. Lovoni is historically significant for
many reasons. They were never defeated during the Cakobau Wars and
showed their displeasure with the European settlement of Levuka by
burning it down three times. Today, well known tour guide, Epi Bole,
recounts this history and much more on his fascinating Lovoni Village
Tour.

Silana Village- Arovudi
It's situated on the north west coast of Ovalau, 10 km from Levuka town.
Enjoy the coastal scenery whilst relaxing on the beachfront or take a
tour of the village to witness a typical Fijian way of life. See at
first hand the Fijian village features where the different social
structures are identified. There is also the village green and the
church where social gatherings are held. The relic of the past such as
the base of the Bure Kalou (temple of spiritual worship) is not to be
missed.
Take a walk in the bush to enjoy the cool forest air and the scenery
from the hills overlooking the ocean.
